Eli Lilly (Private Workplace Event)

CoDesign Team Session | Eli Lilly — February 9

This afternoon sound session is designed intentionally for the Eli Lilly Codesign team, whose work sits at the vital intersection between people participating in clinical trials and those responsible for designing them. Holding both perspectives requires deep listening, empathy, and sustained clarity.

This experience offers space to pause, settle, and reset the nervous system in the midst of meaningful, demanding work. Through guided mindfulness and restorative sound, participants are supported in releasing mental fatigue, softening physical tension, and reconnecting with the steadiness that supports thoughtful engagement and clear communication.

The session invites a shift out of continuous problem-solving and into a more receptive, grounded state. By creating intentional space for rest and regulation, the team is supported in continuing their work with presence, resilience, and care.

If you would like to learn more about bringing this unique, accessible and restorative experience to your team or workplace, submit a booking inquiry to start the conversation.

Indiana University Tobias Fellows (Private Event)

Indiana University Tobias Fellows (Private Event)

This private session is for the Tobias Fellows, a cohort of high-performing leaders participating in Indiana University’s executive leadership program. The intention of the experience is twofold: to support personal nervous system regulation and to reframe rest as a critical leadership skill rather than a reward for burnout.

In roles that demand constant decision-making, visibility, and responsibility for others, sustainable leadership begins with self-preservation. Through guided mindfulness and restorative sound, participants are invited to experience how intentional rest supports clarity, resilience, and long-term effectiveness.

This session also serves as a living example of values-based leadership. When leaders model boundaries, regulation, and recovery, they give implicit permission for those they lead to do the same—shaping healthier, more effective organizational cultures.

Private sessions like this support executive teams and leadership cohorts in building resilience, preventing burnout, and embodying the truth that rest is not the opposite of productivity, it’s actually what makes it possible.

If you would like to learn more about offering this experience in your school or university for a special event or on a recurring basis, send me an email or submit a booking inquiry to start the conversation.

Sound & Self Love (Community Class)

Sound & Self Love (Community Class)

Staying connected to yourself is genuinely hard in the world we live in.

We stay surrounded by messages telling us we need to look better, be more productive, more polished, more…something different. Social media, advertising, and consumer culture are all very good at convincing us that we’re missing a piece, and usually one they’re happy to sell us.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself lately, if self-love feels distant, fuzzy, or hard to access, I want you to know:
That makes sense. And there’s nothing wrong with you.

This workshop is meant to be an antidote to that ever-present conditioning. A gentle tune-up. A remembering.

I’ve offered this experience five times now, and it’s filled every time, not because it promises transformation or fixes, but because it gives people space to come back to themselves. And every time, the insights people uncover (and sometimes share afterward) surprise me in the most tender, honest ways.

This time and this experience isn’t for anyone except you. So if you’re feeling a pull…listen. And see what you have to say…to you.

Class Flow:

We’ll begin with a guided meditation designed to help you reconnect with your heart center, followed by a sound bath using root, heart, throat, and third-eye chakra singing bowls, with a special emphasis on the heart chakra bowl. The intention is to create enough safety and quiet for your nervous system to soften, so you can hear what’s already there.

After the sound bath, I’ll guide you through a reflective writing practice called Letters from Love, created by Elizabeth Gilbert. In this practice, you write to yourself from the voice of unconditional love.

The entire experience takes place on the floor, seated or lying down, with your comfort as the priority.

Details at a Glance:

Capacity: 13 guests
Investment: $40

The Setting: Our Sound & Self Love sanctuary at Barre Ripple is tucked above Bobby Cooper Salon in the heart of Broad Ripple. The studio features west-facing windows (sunlight by day, serene darkness by night), premium padded floors, and a peaceful vibe that wraps around you the moment you arrive. There is plenty of free designated parking, so there’s no need to worry about arriving more frazzled than you already are.

Props + Comfort: Plush mats are available to aid your comfort during class. There are 10 bolsters available on a first come, first serve basis. You are highly encouraged to bring your own props (particularly pillows and blankets) to help support your comfort during the sound bath. Your booking confirmation email will contain all of the information you need regarding what to wear and bring to have the best and most comfortable experience possible.

Before You Arrive:

Plan to arrive 5–15 minutes early to settle in and choose your ideal spot. Doors will lock at 1:00 PM sharp.

The Sunday Reset Sound Bath: Eclipse Edition (Community Class)

A Quiet Reset for a Loud Week

This Sunday Reset meets you at a rare threshold: a solar eclipse is just two days away.

In astrology, a solar eclipse is like a cosmic reset (a New Moon amplified) especially when it happens near the North Node in Aquarius, a point of growth and future momentum. This eclipse isn’t just about letting go, it’s about creating space for something new to emerge: fresh ideas, new direction, and a shift in how you want to show up in the world.

Together, we’ll pre-hab the nervous system: slow the pace, soften reactivity, and let the sound help your system settle before the emotional and energetic waves of eclipse season arrive.

This hour invites you to:
• notice what you’re ready to release — habits, tension, old thought patterns
• sense what kind of new beginning wants room to grow
• align body and mind so you step into the eclipse centered, grounded, and present

The best part? You don’t have to do anything but show up.

All are welcome. You do not need to be a member of Barre Ripple to join us.

Class Flow:

This 60-minute session begins with gentle (and optional) breathwork and a guided meditation. From there, you'll melt into a sound bath designed to calm your mind and support rest and recovery. The entire experience takes place on the floor, seated or lying down, with your comfort as the priority.

The Sunday Reset Sound Bath: Full Moon in Leo (Community Class)

The Sunday Reset Sound Bath: Full Moon in Leo (Community Class)

Under the Full Moon in Leo, this Sunday Reset invites you to remember that creativity isn’t just about art, it’s about imagination. It’s about our ability to see and shape something new.

Our creative agency is our power. It’s one of the greatest threats to systems built on fear, control, and conformity. Because when we stay connected to our creativity, we remember that we can always create something else.

Sunday’s meditation offers space to reconnect with that inner spark, to notice where you’ve been playing small, and where you’re ready to trust your own voice more fully.

During the sound bath, we’ll hold all of this with steady, grounded awareness, allowing the body and nervous system to soften…and remember what it feels like to feel alive, capable, and free.

Give your nervous system a break, settle your mind, and set the tone for a restful night of sleep and a fresh start to your week.

The best part? You don’t need to do anything — just show up as you are and let the sound do the work.

All are welcome, you do not need to be a member of Barre Ripple to join us.

Class Flow:

This 60-minute session begins with gentle (and optional) breathwork and a ~10-minute guided meditation, usually including a relaxing body scan. From there, you'll melt into 30 minutes of sound designed to calm your mind and support rest and recovery. We’ll take our time reintegrating with gentle stretching and a moment of internal reflection. The entire experience takes place on the floor, seated or lying down, with your comfort as the priority.

Details at a Glance:

Capacity: 20 guests

Little Reset: A Parent + Child Sound Experience (Community Class)

Find Your Calm Together.

Little Reset is a gentle, 30-minute sound and mindfulness experience designed for parents and children to attend together. This class offers a shared pause from busy schedules and big energy, creating space for calm, connection, and stillness.

The intention is simple: to help your child experience what it feels like to slow down and settle, while you do the same right alongside them.

No prior experience with meditation or sound baths is needed. Just show up as you are and let the sound do the work.

Class Flow:

This 30-minute session begins with a brief, kid-friendly introduction to sound and what to expect during the experience. From there, we’ll move into a short guided meditation that includes simple breathwork (slow, deep breaths) and a gentle body scan to help relax the body.

The heart of the class is 15 minutes of singing bowls and chimes, designed to support calm and stillness. We’ll close with a guided re-integration and light stretching to help everyone transition back into the rest of their day feeling grounded and settled.

The entire experience takes place on the floor, seated or lying down, with your comfort as the priority.

Details at a Glance:

Booking: One booking includes one parent and one child
Additional Family Members: $10 per additional participant
Duration: 30 minutes

There is no official age limit for this class. You know your child best. If your child is able to remain relatively quiet and still for the duration of the session, they are very welcome to join us. If that feels like it may be a stretch right now, this experience may be better suited for another time, and that’s completely okay.

The Setting:

This Sunday afternoon gathering takes place at Singleton Coaching, located across from the Carmel City Center. The space is quiet, dark, and intentionally cozy—an ideal environment for rest, stillness, and sound.

With minimal outside noise and a calm, grounded atmosphere, the studio supports both kids and parents in settling their bodies and nervous systems with ease. Think soft lamp lighting, fewer distractions, and a setting that naturally invites everyone to slow down.

Props + Comfort:

Props are not provided for this class. You are highly encouraged to bring anything that will help you and your child feel comfortable, such as a yoga mats, blankets, pillows, or bolsters.

Extra touches to consider: warm socks, an eye pillow, and a water bottle.
Layers are your friend. Body temperature often drops during rest, and being cozy helps everyone relax.

Your booking confirmation email will include all of this information as a reminder before class.

IHM Girl Scouts (Private Event)

I was honored to be invited to facilitate a mini sound and mindfulness session for a Girl Scout Troop at IHM as part of their Self-Care Badge work. Together, we’ll explore how simple, intentional practices—like slowing the breath, noticing the body, and listening to sound—can support calm, focus, and self-awareness.

This age-appropriate session introduces self-care as something practical and accessible, helping scouts notice how their bodies respond to stress and stillness in real time. Through guided awareness and gentle sound, participants are encouraged to tune inward, build emotional literacy, and experience how small pauses can make a meaningful difference.

Private sessions like this are designed to meet young people where they are—supporting nervous system awareness, resilience, and confidence in a way that feels engaging, grounded, and empowering.
