Envita Solutions (Corporate Event)

This employee session at Envita Solutions is offered in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month — and for a team that has shown up for this experience every May and every December, it has become something the Envita staff can count on.

Research consistently shows that chronic stress takes a measurable toll on mood, cognitive function, and overall well-being. In today's workplace, most recovery tools ask something of us: effort, consistency, a learning curve. Sound meditation is different. Participants lie down, close their eyes, and let the sound do the work.

Through guided mindfulness and restorative sound, participants are supported in downregulating the stress response and settling into a state of deep rest. The experience invites a shift out of "doing mode", helping to restore mental clarity, stabilize mood, and build the emotional resilience that sustains performance over time.

A company built on transforming complex challenges into sustainable solutions knows that sustainability has to start with people.

1:1 Session (Private)

This private one-on-one session offers a local internal medicine physician dedicated space to unplug, breathe, and reset, away from the ongoing demands of clinical care and constant decision-making. Designed as part of a consistent self-care rhythm, these sessions support nervous system regulation so she can continue showing up with clarity and presence for her patients.

Through guided relaxation and restorative sound, the focus is on deep rest and recovery rather than productivity. Regular engagement with this work allows the body and mind to recognize safety more quickly, supporting cumulative benefits over time rather than one-off relief.

Private 1:1 sessions are available for professionals seeking ongoing nervous system support, burnout prevention, and a sustainable approach to care.

Choosing to pause at this threshold can shift the way you move through everything that follows.

All are welcome. You do not need to be a member of Barre Ripple to join us.

Google (Private Virtual Event)

This virtual session is designed for a remote creative team at Google, offering a shared space to pause and reset despite working across different locations. In distributed environments, where collaboration happens through screens and schedules can blur together, intentional moments of rest are often limited but deeply needed.

Held during Mental Health Awareness Month, the intention of this session is to support relaxation and provide a simple, accessible way for the team to step out of constant output. Through a guided sound meditation, participants are invited to settle the body, quiet mental activity, and shift into a more grounded, receptive state.

Mother’s Day Reset Sound Bath (Community Class)

One hour. Just for you.

Mother's Day weekend means something different to everyone. For some it's celebration, for some it's grief, for some it's the quiet wish that someone would just ask what you need for once. Whatever this Sunday holds for you, you are welcome here.

The Sunday Reset is a deeply restorative sound bath experience designed to help you arrive fully in your body, exhale the weight of the week, and remember what it feels like to just be. Immersive frequencies support your nervous system in settling down and shifting into parasympathetic repair — breath slows, thoughts soften, the body grows heavier and more grounded. Sleep comes more easily. The week begins with more clarity and steadiness.

There's nothing to prepare. Nothing to perform. Just an hour to receive.

If you've spent this weekend pouring into everyone else, let this be the moment you pour back into yourself. You don't have to earn this rest. You just have to show up.

All are welcome. You do not need to be a member of Barre Ripple to join us.
