Day Won Fitness (Community Class)
Look Back With Kindness.
On December 29, we continue the Winter Sound Bath Series with a session designed for reflection. This liminal week between holidays has a way of slowing time—an in-between space that naturally invites you to look back. Rather than critiquing the year, this class guides you toward noticing it with gentleness: what supported you, what stretched you, and what you’re ready to set down without judgment.
It’s a soft, honest pause before turning the page.
You don’t need a perfect takeaway or a grand revelation. Just come as you are and let the quiet help you sort what still belongs. Consider it a compassionate exhale before stepping into a new year.

Intro To You: The Enneagram (Virtual Workshop)
During week one of our Intro to You workshop series,
we’ll be exploring the Enneagram with Rachel Pritz.
What is The Enneagram?
The Enneagram is a personality typing system that categorizes people into nine distinct types, each with its own patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting. It uses a nine-pointed geometric figure to show how the types are interconnected and can be used as a tool for self-awareness, personal growth, and understanding others in relationships and at work. The word "Enneagram" comes from the Greek words "ennea" (nine) and "grammos" (something written or drawn).
Rachel teaches that the Enneagram is far more than a number — it’s a powerful and comprehensive framework that moves well beyond surface-level self-awareness. Through this work, she guides people on a journey of genuine self-exploration, helping them uncover hidden patterns, unconscious behaviors, and limiting beliefs.
By gaining clarity around your type, you can discover meaningful insights into your strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth — creating space for connection, compassion, and real change.
This virtual Zoom session will be recorded and shared with everyone who registers.

Day Won Fitness (Community Class)
Begin Again, Gently.
On January 5, the Winter Sound Bath Series continues with a session centered on a slow reset. No pressure to reinvent yourself, no sprint into the new year. Instead of “new year, new me,” we lean into something steadier—reconnecting with your own natural rhythm, choosing calm over hustle, and letting your nervous system set the tone for what comes next.
This class helps you ease into January with presence rather than urgency, and with agency rather than overwhelm. Just arrive as you are and let the practice offer a softer way forward. It’s a reset rooted in listening, not striving.

Intro To You: Exploring Astrology (Virtual Workshop)
During week two of our Intro to You workshop series,
we’ll be exploring astrology with Ally Benedyk.
What is astrology?
Astrology is a tool for understanding the cycles of our personal and collective lives, acting as a cosmic map (your birth chart) that reveals your unique purpose, gifts, and challenges, while planetary movements (transits) are like "astrological weather" helping you navigate life's flow.
Astrology is a practice of agency, a conversation with the cosmos to help you reach your potential, focusing on inherent themes rather than rigid predictions, and finding beauty in even the most challenging parts of your chart.
Ally’s approach to astrology centers on allowing the chart to speak for itself — to “sing” — offering insight that is direct, honest, and deeply resonant. Ally does not view astrology as a tool for repairing what’s broken, but as a mirror for understanding one’s true nature and cultivating self-acceptance.
This virtual Zoom session will be recorded and shared with everyone who registers.
Day Won Fitness (Community Class)
Return to What Restores You.
On January 12, we continue the Winter Sound Bath Series with a session devoted to restoration. Deep winter is the season nature uses to rebuild its energy stores, and we’re invited to follow its lead. This class centers on nourishing rest, cultivating internal warmth, and slowly replenishing both emotional and physical reserves.
It’s an evening for tending to what’s been stretched thin, and for remembering how good it feels to be quietly restored.
Simply show up and let the sound, the stillness, and the slower pace refill what’s been running low. It’s winter’s version of gathering strength.

Intro To You: Exploring Human Design(Virtual Workshop)
During week three of our Intro to You workshop series,
we’ll be exploring Human Design with Courtney Rousseau.
What is Human Design?
Human Design is a system that combines elements of astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, and chakra systems to create a unique "BodyGraph" map of your energy, personality, and life path, revealing your innate blueprint for decision-making and interacting with the world to help you live authentically by understanding your Type, Strategy, and Authority. It acts as a tool for self-discovery, guiding you to trust your inner wisdom rather than overthinking, and involves experimenting with your design to decondition from societal pressures.
Courtney helps individuals understand their unique energetic blueprint so they can move through life and career transitions with clarity and confidence. She believes that while productivity often gets the spotlight, true evolution requires balance — space to rest, integrate, and grow at a natural pace. In her words, she treats people like plants: honoring both the seasons of expansion and the essential periods of restoration.
This virtual Zoom session will be recorded and shared with everyone who registers.
Day Won Fitness (Community Class)
Let the Noise Fall Away.
On January 19, the Winter Sound Bath Series continues with a session centered on clarity. After a period of deep rest, things naturally become easier to hear — your intuition, your values, the quiet signals that get blurred in louder seasons. This class invites you into that inner listening, offering space for what’s true to rise without pressure or urgency.
It’s clarity born from calm, not from effort.
You don’t need to hunt for answers. Just arrive, settle, and let the stillness clear the static. What needs your attention tends to reveal itself when the world finally gets quiet enough.

Intro To You: Sound Bath Integration + Reflection Circle (In-Person Workshop)
We’ll close our Intro to You series with an in-person sound bath in Broad Ripple with Sarah Gardner.
Through sound, release what’s no longer supportive and integrate what you’ve learned — gently shifting old stories into new, empowering perspectives.
We’ll also share reflections in a warm, intentional space alongside fellow seekers on this journey.
Please note: You must attend at least one of the virtual workshop sessions to join the sound bath.
Day Won Fitness (Community Class)
Rise Slowly.
On January 26, we close this chapter of the Winter Sound Bath Series with a session focused on emergence. It’s not spring yet — just the first flicker of something waking up. This class invites a gentle sense of opening, early possibility, and the quiet preparation that happens underground before anything pushes through.
It’s about feeling your way toward what’s next without rushing the process.
There’s no timeline to meet. Simply arrive and let the practice warm the edges, soften the soil, and make space for whatever is beginning to take shape in you. You get to rise in your own time.

All Souls Unitarian Church (Private Event)
I’m partnering with All Souls Unitarian Church for a private end-of-year session with their staff, offering a reflective and restorative session to support those who spend their days caring for and uplifting their community.
Faith leaders and support teams hold a unique kind of emotional responsibility—showing up with compassion, presence, and steadiness in moments that matter. This session creates space to acknowledge that devotion, settle the energy of a full season, and reconnect with a sense of clarity heading into the holidays.
Through grounding practices and restorative sound, the team will step back from the rhythm of constant service, breathe a little deeper, and realign with the purpose that guides their work.
If you would like to learn more about offering this experience in your workplace for a special event or on a recurring basis, please submit a booking inquiry to start the conversation.
Day Won Fitness (Community Class)
Honor the Quiet.
On December 22, we gather for the next session in the Winter Sound Bath Series, aligned with the Winter Solstice: the shortest, most inward-turning day of the year, as well as the initiation of the Winter season. This moment invites us to slow our pace, soften our edges, and spend time in honest reflection. As the sun lingers low, we do the same.
This class is centered on stillness: allowing pause, choosing spaciousness, and remembering the restorative power of doing nothing on purpose. It’s a gentle return to yourself before the world turns toward light again.
Arrive, breathe, and let the quiet work on you. Consider it a small ritual of rest on the darkest day and one your body will thank you for.
