Collaboration: A Mindful Movement + Sound Experience

Relax, Reset, Restore: A Mindful Movement + Sound Experience

May is Mental Health Awareness Month - and what better way to honor it than by connecting deeply with your body and nervous system in a way that feels actually restorative (read: no sweating required)?

Join movement pro Alexa Singleton and me for a special 90-minute experience that blends gentle somatic movement, self-myofascial release, and a deeply relaxing sound bath. You'll leave feeling lighter, looser, and like you just hit the reset button on your nervous system.
(No flexibility, fitness level, or any prior experience required: just come as you are.)

What to Expect:

  • All movement will be on the ground (seated or lying down).

  • Alexa will guide you through somatic movement—she’ll give a quick intro, then lead you through practices designed to gently move stuck energy.

  • You'll then learn myofascial release techniques using a tennis ball (BYO ball or borrow one from us), so you can take this self-care tool with you into your everyday life.

  • After your body feels looser, lighter, and more at ease, I will lead a guided body scan and restorative sound bath to help you fully drop into stillness and calm.

This class is designed to support your nervous system, your mental health, and your body awareness—because honestly, it's all connected.

🗓 Sunday, May 4 | 🕐 1:30–3:00 PM | 💲$40/person
📍Singleton Coaching (Carmel)

No experience necessary. Just bring yourself (and a tennis ball if you have one!).
