Women’s Faith Group (Private Session)
Women's Group | Private Faith Community Session
This private evening sound bath is for the adult women's group of a local faith community, a gathering built around rest and connection rather than agenda. The intention is simple: give women a dedicated hour to set down what they are carrying.
Faith communities are already built for gathering, but most of that time is spent serving, organizing, and showing up for others. An immersive sound experience shifts the room into something more restorative. Through guided relaxation and live instrumentation, participants are supported in settling the nervous system, quieting mental noise, and simply being together without anyone needing to do anything.
Evenings like this work well for women's groups, sisterhood events, congregational retreats, and any community organization looking to offer their members something genuinely restful. No experience with meditation is needed, and everyone is welcome exactly as they are.
If you would like to bring this experience to your group, whether as a one-time gathering or on a recurring basis,
check my availability and tell me more about your group to receive a quote and schedule a call.

Family & Friends (Private Session)
This private session was booked for a small group of family and friends coming together to mark a meaningful moment in their lives. The host wanted something more intentional than a typical gathering, including a dedicated space where the people she loves can slow down, be fully present with one another, and feel genuinely held.
Through guided relaxation and restorative sound, participants are supported in settling the nervous system and arriving in a place of stillness, connection, and care.
Friends & Family sessions are a fully mobile service: I come to you. For those who prefer a curated setting, select partner studios and venues, including The Conservatory at Evergreen, are available to book for an additional fee based on availability.
Friends & Family sessions are designed for intimate groups of ten or fewer, with the option to add additional guests for an extra cost. Book here at your convenience based on availability.

Butler University (Private Event)
Once a month, Butler University opens its doors to a guided sound meditation session available to every student, faculty member, and staff on campus. No registration, no commitment, no experience necessary. Just show up, lie down, and let the sound do the work.
This monthly session is sponsored by the Office of the Provost, a detail that speaks to Butler's deep understanding of how mental health and nervous system regulation directly affect the quality of learning, teaching, and work happening on campus every day.
Research consistently shows that chronic stress takes a measurable toll on mood, cognitive function, and overall well-being, and college campuses are not exempt. Students navigating academic pressure and faculty and staff managing the demands of a thriving institution are all operating in an environment that asks a lot. Sound meditation offers something rare in that context: a complete rest that requires nothing in return.
Through guided mindfulness and restorative sound, participants are supported in downregulating the stress response and settling into a state of deep rest, helping to restore mental clarity, stabilize mood, and build the emotional resilience that makes it possible to show up fully for the work and life happening around them.
In a landscape where student and employee well-being is increasingly recognized as central to institutional excellence, Butler's commitment to making this experience monthly, accessible, and free sets a standard worth noticing.
PLEASE NOTE: The location for these sessions changes monthly. If you have questions, please email Rebecca DeGrazia.
If you would like to bring this experience to your school, whether as a one-time session or on a recurring basis,
check my availability and tell me more about your group to receive a quote and schedule a call.

Roche Diagnostics (Private Event)
Roche Diagnostics | Live Well Week Employee Programming
This series of three private sound sessions is offered for Roche Diagnostics employees during Live Well Week, the company's annual programming dedicated to health and well-being. Offering the experience multiple times gives employees across shifts and schedules a real chance to participate rather than a single slot that only works for some.
Wellness weeks often lean toward activity, and adding one experience built entirely around rest changes what the week can do. Through guided mindfulness and restorative sound, participants are supported in settling the nervous system, releasing physical tension, and stepping out of problem-solving mode for an hour in the middle of the workday.
For teams working in science, diagnostics, and healthcare, sustained focus and careful decision-making are the job. Rest is what makes that possible over time. Sessions like this give employees a practical experience of regulation they can recognize and return to, and they signal that the organization takes recovery as seriously as performance.
Recurring sessions like these support companies in building wellness weeks, employee resource group programming, and ongoing workplace well-being initiatives that employees actually look forward to.
If you would like to bring this experience to your company whether as a one-time session or on a recurring basis,
check my availability and tell me more about your group to receive a quote and schedule a call.
Mooresville Schools (Private Event)
North Madison Elementary | Mooresville Schools Wellness Wednesday
This private sound bath is part of Wellness Wednesday at North Madison Elementary, an ongoing series Mooresville Schools offers to support educator self care throughout the school year. The session is funded through a grant dedicated to staff well-being, and it lands in mid September, about six weeks into a school year that began August 5.
That timing matters. The first weeks back carry a particular kind of load: new students, new routines, and the accumulated fatigue that builds quietly before anyone names it. An immersive sound experience gives educators an hour to stop managing and simply receive, before that fatigue turns into something heavier.
Through guided relaxation and live instrumentation, participants are supported in settling the nervous system, releasing mental and physical tension, and returning to their classrooms more resourced. No experience with meditation is needed, and there is nothing to do but rest.
Schools and districts use sessions like this for wellness programming, staff in-service days, teacher appreciation events, and grant-funded initiatives supporting educator retention and well-being.
If you would like to bring this experience to your school, whether as a one-time session or on a recurring basis,
check my availability and tell me more about your group to receive a quote and schedule a call.
1:1 Session (Private Session)
This private one-on-one session offers a local internal medicine physician dedicated space to unplug, breathe, and reset, away from the ongoing demands of clinical care and constant decision-making. Designed as part of a consistent self-care rhythm, these sessions support nervous system regulation so she can continue showing up with clarity and presence for her patients.
Through guided relaxation and restorative sound, the focus is on deep rest and recovery rather than productivity. Regular engagement with this work allows the body and mind to recognize safety more quickly, supporting cumulative benefits over time rather than one-off relief.
Private 1:1 sessions are available for professionals seeking ongoing nervous system support, burnout prevention, and a sustainable approach to care.
If you are interested in learning more about working together on an ongoing 1:1 basis, send me an email.
If you would like to gather a small group of loved ones, you can learn more and book a private session.
Family & Friends (Private Session)
This private session was booked by someone who decided to celebrate his birthday the way it deserves to be celebrated — by gathering the people he loves and giving everyone, including himself, the gift of genuine rest.
Through guided relaxation and restorative sound, participants are supported in settling the nervous system and arriving in a place of stillness, connection, and care.

The Sunday Reset Sound Bath: Equinox + Full Moon Edition (Community Class)
The week ends here.
Sunday night is a threshold: The week behind you, the week ahead, and a brief window in between where you get to choose how you want to cross it.
This month, that threshold arrives one day after the Full Moon in Aries, landing just days after the autumn equinox on September 23. Where the equinox asks us to find balance, this lunation offers a surge of courage: personal power, honest speech, and a willingness to break free from old people-pleasing patterns. As the traditional Harvest Moon, it also serves as a spiritual checkpoint, a time to gather the rewards of the past year's work while clearing away the doubts and stagnant dynamics that no longer serve you.
Whether astrology resonates with you or not, this theme offers a practical opportunity to reflect: What has this year's work actually yielded? What doubts have you been carrying that are not yours to keep? What dynamic have you outgrown but not yet set down?
Many people also notice changes in sleep and energy around the full moon, making this an especially supportive time to slow down, rest, and reset.
During this hour, the layered tones and frequencies do the heavy lifting, guiding your brain and body toward slower, more restful rhythms without any effort on your part. Come as you are, get comfortable, and let the combination of stillness and sound do the rest.
Choosing to pause at this threshold can shift the way you move through everything that follows.
All are welcome. You do not need to be a member of Barre Ripple to join us.
Class Flow:
This 60-minute session begins with gentle (and optional) breathwork and a ~10-minute guided meditation, usually including a relaxing body scan. From there, you'll melt into 30 minutes of sound designed to calm your mind and support rest and recovery. We’ll take our time reintegrating with gentle stretching and a moment of internal reflection. The entire experience takes place on the floor, seated or lying down, with your comfort as the priority.

Ascension Health (Private Event)
Ascension | Project Voyager Go-Live On-Site Employee Wellness
This two-hour block of back-to-back 30-minute sound sessions is offered for Ascension employees during a major technology go-live, an eight-week stretch that brings long hours, high stakes, and constant problem-solving for the teams supporting it. Running the sessions in short, repeating rounds means employees can step away for half an hour when their afternoon allows rather than choosing between rest and the work in front of them.
An immersive sound experience uses resonant instruments to shift the body out of a stress state and into rest and recovery mode, often in as little as 20 minutes. Research connects the practice with lower cortisol, replenished dopamine, and improved sleep quality, all of which matter during a sustained high-pressure period. Nothing is required to receive the benefit beyond showing up. No experience is necessary, no physical activity is involved, and falling asleep is entirely welcome.
For healthcare organizations, the demands of a go-live sit on top of work that is already emotionally and cognitively heavy. Offering regulation in the middle of it gives employees a real reset and signals that the organization understands what it is asking of them.
Sessions like this support hospitals, health systems, and corporate teams during go-lives, mergers, open enrollment, and any concentrated period where employees need support in real time.
If you would like to bring this experience to your team during a go-live or another high-demand stretch,
check my availability and tell me more about your group to receive a quote and schedule a call.
Delta Faucet Company (Private Event)
Delta Faucet Company | Quarterly Employee Wellness
This session is part of an ongoing series at Delta Faucet Company, now in its third year. Every quarter, employees are invited to step away from their desks for an hour of immersive sound as part of the company's sustained commitment to workplace well-being.
Consistency is what makes this kind of programming work. A one-time wellness event can be meaningful, but a recurring session becomes something employees plan around and return to, and the benefits compound as people become familiar with the practice. Through guided mindfulness and restorative sound, participants are supported in settling the nervous system, releasing accumulated tension, and stepping out of task mode in the middle of a working day.
For teams balancing deadlines, product cycles, and constant decision-making, an hour of genuine rest is a practical intervention. Employees return to their work more focused and better resourced, and the organization signals that recovery is part of how the work gets done rather than something to be earned.
Recurring sessions like this support companies in building wellness programming that lasts beyond a single initiative, offered quarterly, monthly, or on whatever rhythm fits the team.
If you would like to bring this experience to your workplace, whether as a one-time session or on an ongoing basis,
check my availability and tell me more about your team to receive a quote and schedule a call.
