The Sunday Reset Sound Bath (Community Class)

Find Your Reset Button. End your week with intention and begin again with clarity. The Sunday Reset is your weekly invitation to pause, breathe, and deeply relax. Give your nervous system a break, settle your mind, and set the tone for a restful night of sleep and a fresh start to your week.

The best part? You don’t need to “do” anything - just show up.


Class Flow:

This 60-minute session begins with gentle (and optional) breathwork and a guided meditation. From there, you'll melt into a sound bath designed to calm your mind and support rest and recovery. The entire experience takes place on the floor, seated or lying down, with your comfort as the priority.

The Setting: Our Sunday night sanctuary at Barre Ripple is tucked above Bobby Cooper Salon in the heart of Broad Ripple. The studio features west-facing windows (sunlight by day, serene darkness by night), premium padded floors, and a peaceful vibe that wraps around you the moment you arrive. There is plenty of free designated parking - no need to worry about arriving more frazzled than you already are.

Props + Comfort: Plush mats are available to aid your comfort during class. There are 10 bolsters available on a first come, first serve basis. You are highly encouraged to bring your own props (particularly pillows and blankets) to help support your comfort during the sound bath. Your booking confirmation email will contain all of the information you need regarding what to wear and bring to have the best and most comfortable experience possible.


Before You Arrive:

Plan to arrive 5–15 minutes early to settle in and choose your ideal spot. Doors will lock at 7:00 PM sharp. Late arrivals will not be admitted or eligible for a refund.

This special Saturday session is an open invitation for the Geist community (and beyond!) to slow down, breathe deeply, and let sound carry you into deep relaxation. Think of it as a reset button for your body and mind — right in the middle of your weekend.

This 60-minute session begins with gentle (and optional) breath work and a guided meditation. From there, you’ll settle into a sound bath designed to calm your mind, release tension, and support full-body restoration. The entire experience takes place on the floor, seated or lying down, with your comfort as the priority.

The Setting: Our gathering will be held at Jazzercise Geist, located in the Geist Center off Fox Road. The space is filled with natural light from large north-facing windows, creating a bright and uplifting environment perfect for rest and renewal.

Props + Comfort: Props will not be provided at this location. You are highly encouraged to bring your own for maximum comfort, including: a yoga mat or padded mat, pillows and blankets, an eye mask (especially helpful in the bright space). Your booking confirmation email will contain all of the information you need regarding what to wear and bring to have the best and most comfortable experience possible.
