Rise Slowly.
On January 26, we close this chapter of the Winter Sound Bath Series with a session focused on emergence. It’s not spring yet — just the first flicker of something waking up. This class invites a gentle sense of opening, early possibility, and the quiet preparation that happens underground before anything pushes through.
It’s about feeling your way toward what’s next without rushing the process.
There’s no timeline to meet. Simply arrive and let the practice warm the edges, soften the soil, and make space for whatever is beginning to take shape in you. You get to rise in your own time.
Class Flow:
This 60-minute session begins with gentle (and optional) breathwork and a guided meditation. From there, you'll melt into a sound bath designed to calm your mind and support rest and recovery. The entire experience takes place on the floor, seated or lying down, with your comfort as the priority.
Details at a Glance:
Capacity: 20 guests
Investment: $30 for non-members / free for members
