An hour to rest, restore, and recharge…right in the middle of your week.
This special 6:45 pm Wednesday session follows Jazzercise’s Stretch class, creating the perfect one-two punch for your well-being: gentle movement first, then deep rest.
It’s an open invitation for the Geist community (and beyond!) to slow down, breathe deeply, and let sound gently guide you into deep relaxation. Think of it as your midweek reset button, helping you release stress, settle your nervous system, and head into the rest of your week feeling grounded and refreshed.
Whether you’re brand-new to sound baths or you’ve floated on waves of vibration before, you’ll be guided every step of the way. Expect a cozy space, soothing sounds from crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments, and plenty of permission to simply be.
The best part? You don’t need to do anything, just show up as you are and let the sound do the work.
Give yourself this hour. Your body, mind, and nervous system will thank you. All are welcome, you do not need to be a Jazzercise member to join us.
Class Flow:
This 60-minute session begins with gentle (and optional) breath work and a guided meditation. From there, you’ll settle into a sound bath designed to calm your mind, release tension, and support full-body restoration. The entire experience takes place on the floor, seated or lying down, with your comfort as the priority.
