I created this company because burnout shouldn't be a baseline.
Life asks a lot of us - constantly. The emails don’t stop, the meetings multiply, and stress silently snowballs…until burnout becomes the norm.
Immersive Sound Experiences was created as a counterbalance. A way to access deep rest and regulation without effort, expectations, or a learning curve. Just a space to land, breathe, and reset.
Each experience is thoughtfully designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create room for reconnection - with yourself, with others, and with what actually matters.
These sessions aren’t fluffy. They’re not a luxury. They’re what happens when you take well-being seriously — and offer it in a form people can actually receive.
MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
I didn’t research it. I didn’t overthink it. I just said yes and walked into my first sound bath in the summer of 2017, knowing nothing about it.
I still can’t fully explain what happened in that session, but something in me shifted. Gently, quietly…and unmistakably.
That one experience rerouted my life in ways I never expected. Since then, I’ve been devoted to learning how and why it works - and since 2020, how to share it in a way that feels accessible, safe, and real.
I’m not a healer or a guru. I’m a student of life who moonlights as a guide - someone who has walked through depression, burnout, and the beautiful chaos of living with a neurodivergent brain…and found something steady on the other side.
Sound became my entry point to presence. What started as curiosity became a practice, and then a purpose.
These sessions aren’t about fixing anyone. They offer space to feel, to rest, and to remember what’s already whole within you. What I offer is simple: Grounding. Regulation. Permission to slow down - all in a space that makes it safe to do so.

People often ask me if sound baths are just for the "spiritual" type. Though my own journey with sound has largely been a spiritual one that has dramatically shifted my life's path, immersive sound is not inherently a spiritual modality. I have a very broad and simple intention for sharing it:
to provide a passive form of relaxation and realignment, empowering people to feel better while exerting minimal effort.
