Look Back With Kindness.
On December 29, we continue the Winter Sound Bath Series with a session designed for reflection. This liminal week between holidays has a way of slowing time—an in-between space that naturally invites you to look back. Rather than critiquing the year, this class guides you toward noticing it with gentleness: what supported you, what stretched you, and what you’re ready to set down without judgment.
It’s a soft, honest pause before turning the page.
You don’t need a perfect takeaway or a grand revelation. Just come as you are and let the quiet help you sort what still belongs. Consider it a compassionate exhale before stepping into a new year.
Class Flow:
This 60-minute session begins with gentle (and optional) breathwork and a guided meditation. From there, you'll melt into a sound bath designed to calm your mind and support rest and recovery. The entire experience takes place on the floor, seated or lying down, with your comfort as the priority.
Details at a Glance:
Capacity: 20 guests
Investment: $30 for non-members / free for members
The Setting:
Day Won Fitness in the Factory Arts District North offers an easy, straightforward arrival with plenty of parking and direct gym entry from Brookside Ave. Once the sun slips below the skyline, the space settles into a dark, quiet calm—an ideal backdrop for your Monday night wind down. The studio’s industrial warmth and stillness create a sanctuary-like atmosphere the moment you step inside.

You’re encouraged to bring your own props—especially pillows and blankets—to support your comfort during the sound bath.
