Winter isn’t here to test us — it’s here to teach us.

Everything in nature is preparing for a season of rest: the trees, the birds, and our extremely well-fed Indiana squirrels. This series is a permission slip to shift with the season instead of fighting against it.
If you’ve ever felt frustrated by the push to “do more” on January 1st, you’re not wrong. Our bodies aren’t built to operate like machines moving at one constant pace. In winter, we’re meant to soften, settle, and restore.
This 7-week sound bath series invites you into that quieter rhythm.

What you can expect…

Each 60-minute session begins with guided grounding, gentle breathwork, and a slow body scan to help your system downshift.
From there, you’ll be carried by the sound waves of resonant instruments designed to ease your nervous system and settle your brain waves, creating a deeply restorative experience for your body, mind, and spirit.
You’ll remain on the floor — seated or lying down — for the full hour, letting your comfort lead the way.

FAQs

  • Not at all. You don’t need any background or skill—just a willingness to show up. This experience is less about traditional “meditating” and more about giving your mind and body a chance to fully rest.

  • A yoga mat, pillow and a blanket. You’ll also want water, and any cozy extras (fuzzy socks, sleeping mask, etc.) that will help you settle in. This info will all be communicated in your booking confirmation email.

  • Absolutely — you can sign up for one or the whole series.
