CNO Financial | Wellness Expo On-Site Employee Wellness
This block of five back-to-back 30-minute sound sessions is offered for CNO Financial employees as part of the company’s wellness expo. Running the sessions in short, repeating rounds means employees can step away for half an hour between conversations, booths, and meetings and still be back at their desks with time to spare.
An immersive sound experience uses resonant instruments to shift the body out of a stress state and into rest and recovery mode, often in as little as 20 minutes. Nothing is required to receive the benefit beyond showing up. No experience is necessary, no physical activity is involved, and falling asleep is entirely welcome.
