THE SUNDAY RESET | SOUND BATH
Sundays at 7PM in Broad Ripple
A weekly sound bath for nervous system regulation and deep rest.
The Sunday Reset is a grounding, restorative sound bath designed to help you transition out of the weekend and into the week ahead with more steadiness, clarity, and ease (not to mention, a GREAT night of sleep). 💤
This weekly experience offers a space for your nervous system to settle naturally.
No effort required. Just arrive and rest.
What The Sunday Reset Is
The Sunday Reset is a weekly community sound bath experience designed to support nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and deep rest.
Each session blends gentle breathwork, guided relaxation, and immersive sound to help the body gradually shift out of a heightened stress state and into a calmer, more regulated one.
The experience is quiet, inward-focused, and restorative. There is nothing you need to do or perform.
People are often drawn to The Sunday Reset when they are:
Coming out of a demanding or overstimulating week
Feeling wired, tired, or mentally overloaded
Anticipating a full week ahead
Looking for deeper, uninterrupted sleep
Wanting rest without needing to talk, process, or perform
No prior meditation experience is required. You simply arrive as you are and allow the sound to do the work.
Why Sound Works
Sound interacts directly with the nervous system.
Unlike approaches that require cognitive effort (e.g. analyzing, reframing, or actively trying to relax), sound provides a passive pathway into regulation. The layered tones and frequencies help guide the brain and body toward slower rhythms associated with rest and recovery.
Participants often report:
Feeling calmer without feeling sedatedLess mental noise or ruminationA stronger connection to their bodyGreater emotional steadinessImproved sleep after the sessionInterested in the neuroscience and research behind sound and nervous system regulation? You can explore more here.
What Happens During a Session
Each Sunday Reset follows a consistent structure designed to feel predictable, safe, and supportive for the nervous system.
Sessions always include:
-
A few minutes to arrive, get comfortable, and transition into the space.
-
Gentle breathing practices that help the body begin to downshift out of stress mode.
-
A brief body-based meditation that helps reconnect attention to physical sensations.
-
An immersive sound experience using Crystal Tones singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments designed to support deep rest.
-
A slow process of reawakening the body. Optional deep breaths and gentle stretching.
The experience is primarily inward and restorative.
There is no sharing, discussion, or emotional processing required.
Who This Is For
The Sunday Rest can be especially supportive for people who:
Are navigating periods of heightened stress
Are navigating life transitions and change
Experience anxiety, burnout, or chronic stress
Have highly sensitive or easily overstimulated nervous systems
Are navigating physical recovery from injury, illness, or surgery
Are in therapy and want embodied regulation between sessions
Struggle to truly rest
Want a night of deep, uninterrupted sleep
Some participants attend regularly as a steady anchor.
Others come when they need to reset.
All are welcome.
The Environment
The Sunday Reset takes place in a quiet, intentionally calming studio environment and is capped at 17 participants to maintain an intimate, supportive atmosphere.
Most participants rest on the floor using yoga mats, blankets, and supportive props. You are welcome to lie down or sit, whatever feels most comfortable for your body.
Comfort, choice, and nervous system safety are always prioritized.
Meet your facilitator
Sarah Gardner
Sarah’s relationship with sound baths began in 2017 when she attended her first session out of simple curiosity. The experience left a lasting impression and sparked a deeper interest in how sound can support the body’s natural ability to settle, rest, and reset. Over time, what began as a personal exploration grew into a dedicated practice, and since 2020 she has been facilitating sound bath experiences designed to help others access the same sense of grounding and calm.
An Invitation
People often ask me whether sound baths are just for the “spiritual” types.
While my own journey with sound has been deeply personal — and yes, spiritual — the experience itself is not reserved for any particular belief system.
You don’t have to believe in anything special.
You don’t have to know what you’re doing.
You just have to be willing to rest.
My intention is to offer a passive, accessible way for people to reconnect with their bodies and leave feeling steadier than when they arrived.
Whether you’re hoping to reconnect with yourself, feel clearer and more focused, or simply get a good night’s sleep, this space is here for you.
If something in you has been curious…
If you’ve felt the quiet pull to try a sound bath…
Let this be your invitation.
