A weekly nervous system reset.

The Sunday Reset is a grounding, restorative sound bath designed to help you transition out of the weekend and into the week ahead with more steadiness, clarity, and ease (not to mention, a GREAT night of sleep).

It’s about rest, and giving the nervous system space to settle on its own, no effort required.

What the Sunday Reset Is:

The Sunday Reset is a weekly community sound bath experience. Each session blends gentle, optional breathwork, guided relaxation, and immersive sound to support nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and deep rest.

People are often drawn to the Sunday Reset when they’re:

  • Looking for a night of deep, uninterrupted sleep

  • Feeling wired, tired, or overstimulated

  • Coming out of a demanding week

  • Anticipating a full week ahead

  • Wanting rest without needing to talk or perform

No prior meditation experience is required. You simply arrive as you are and let the sound do the work.

Why Sound?

Sound works directly with the nervous system.

Rather than asking you to analyze, reframe, or effort your way into relaxation, sound offers a more passive experience; supporting the body in shifting out of fight‑or‑flight and into a calmer, more regulated state, effortlessly.

Many participants report feeling:
Calmer without feeling sedated
More present in and connected to their body
Less mental noise
More emotional steadiness
Better able to rest or sleep afterward

What a Session Feels Like

Each Sunday Reset follows a consistent, predictable flow designed to feel safe and supportive:

  • A brief arrival and settling

  • Gentle, optional breathwork to downshift the nervous system

  • Guided relaxation to reconnect with the body

  • An extended sound bath using crystal bowls and other therapeutic instruments

The experience is primarily restful and inward‑focused. There is no sharing, discussion, or processing required.

Who This Is For

The Sunday Reset is especially supportive for:

  • Therapy clients seeking embodied regulation between sessions

  • People managing anxiety, burnout, or chronic stress

  • Highly sensitive or overstimulated nervous systems

  • Individuals in recovery or periods of transition

  • Anyone who struggles to truly rest

Some people attend weekly as a steady anchor. Others come as needed.

Both are welcome.

The Environment

The Sunday Reset is held in a quiet, intentionally calming studio environment. And, capped at 20 attendees, this is an intimate gathering.

The space is designed to feel contained, supportive, and non‑performative, so your nervous system doesn’t have to stay “on.”

Most participants spend the session resting on the floor, either lying down or seated, supported with mats, blankets, and props.

Comfort and choice are always prioritized.

An Invitation

People often ask me if sound baths are just for “spiritual” types.

While my own journey with sound has been deeply personal—and yes, spiritual—sound itself
isn’t reserved for any one kind of person. You don’t have to believe in anything special.
You don’t have to know what you’re doing. You just have to be willing to rest.

My intention is simple: to offer a passive, accessible form of relaxation and realignment,
so you can feel better without having to try harder.

Whether you’re hoping to reconnect with yourself, find more balance, feel clearer and more focused,
prevent burnout, or finally get a good night’s sleep, this experience is for you.

If something in you has been curious…

If you’ve felt a quiet pull to try a sound bath…

Let this be your invitation.

Monday-you will thank you.
