This session was booked for the volunteer tutors and mentors of Sheridan Youth Assistance Program, staff and community members who show up week after week for young people and families navigating some of life's most difficult circumstances.
This group sound bath at Sheridan High School Library creates dedicated space for these volunteers to receive the same quality of care they extend to others — to decompress, reset, and simply be held for a change.
Through guided relaxation and restorative sound, participants will be supported in releasing the emotional weight of their work and returning to a place of genuine rest.
