Sound Bath Meditation with Kemper Health & Wellness

Immersive Sound Experiences partnered with Kemper Health & Wellness, Lori Kemper's functional medicine practice in Fishers, to bring a private sound meditation to her patients — free of charge, as a gift from her practice.

Hosted at a local yoga studio, this immersive sound bath used crystal singing bowls to guide guests' nervous systems out of fight-or-flight and into a state of true rest — the same state the body needs to repair, regulate, and heal. Guests simply lay back and received; no experience or flexibility required.

For a functional medicine practice focused on root-cause healing, sound meditation offered patients a gentle, accessible complement to their care — support for chronic stress, sleep, and the everyday toll on the nervous system.
