reschedule/cancellation policy

What if we need to reschedule our event?

  • If it is more than 48 hours until your event, you may easily reschedule by clicking the “change date/time” link on your booking confirmation email.

  • You may reschedule your session within 90 days based on current availability.

  • You may reschedule your session one time.

  • Due to the nature of hosting sound events, any cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the event are not able to be rescheduled and are ineligible for a refund.

What if the facilitator needs to reschedule?

  • The only reason a facilitator would need to reschedule is due to illness or an emergency.

  • We will give you as much notice as possible and you will be able to reschedule your session within 6 months based on availability.

If you are a coaching client, you can reschedule your session one time up to 48 hours before we’re scheduled to meet.

Due to the nature of payment processing fees and issuing refunds, based on this policy, all payments for services are final and non-refundable.
