What are Sunday Reset sessions?

Sunday Reset sessions are gentle, grounding group experiences hosted in Broad Ripple every Sunday evening, designed to help your nervous system slow down and recover.

Each session includes:

  • Guided mindfulness and breathwork

  • A body-based relaxation sequence

  • A restorative sound bath

Classes are capped at 20 people, creating an intimate, supportive environment where you won’t feel lost in the crowd.

Sessions are held in an optimally cozy space where these classes have been hosted for years—intentionally set up to feel calming, contained, and familiar, especially for first-time participants.

These sessions are supportive, accessible, and designed to meet you wherever you are—physically and emotionally.

Private Sound Baths During Pregnancy

Private sessions offer individualized support during each trimester as your body, energy, and emotional landscape shift.

These sessions are fully tailored and may support:
