The Longest Day: A Summer Solstice Sunday Reset
As the sun stretches to its highest point in the sky, we’re gifted with the longest day of the year. A sacred seasonal shift that has been honored by cultures across the globe for thousands of years, the Solstice marks a powerful moment of light, vitality, and reflection. It's a time to celebrate life’s fullness, honor your own growth, and gently begin the slow return inward as the days gradually shorten once again.
Themes that surround the Solstice include:
Illumination: What truths are being lit up in your life right now?
Abundance: How can you honor all that has blossomed in you this year?
Transformation: What are you ready to let go of to make space for what’s next?
Joy + Embodiment: How can you savor the moment more deeply?
Traditionally, people have celebrated the Summer Solstice through fire ceremonies, sun salutations, gatherings in nature, and quiet rituals of gratitude and intention-setting. It’s a time when the veil between the inner and outer worlds feels thin…perfect for tuning in.
Instead of rushing toward more light or more doing, the Solstice invites us to pause and fully receive what is. A sound bath helps us do just that; gently guiding you into stillness while the healing vibrations create a space for release, renewal, and alignment. It’s a chance to honor the turning of the wheel not with more effort, but with deep listening, rest, and embodied presence.
Join us for this Summer Solstice Sunday Reset, a time to rest under the light of the longest day, realign with your intentions, and let sound be your guide back home. This session is for anyone seeking clarity, rest, or renewal. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or brand new, you are welcome here.
