No flexibility, fitness level, or any prior experience required. Just come as you are.
Class Flow:
This 90-minute session begins with 45-minutes of grounded movement and a guided self-myofacial release. From there, you'll melt into a 45-minute sound bath designed to calm your mind and support rest and recovery. The entire experience takes place on the floor, seated or lying down, with your comfort as the priority.

The Setting: This Sunday afternoon gathering takes place at Singleton Coaching, located across from the Carmel City Center. The space is quiet, dark, and intentionally cozy, an ideal environment for gentle movement,, stillness, and sound.
With minimal outside noise and a calm, grounded atmosphere, the studio supports settling the body and nervous system with ease. Think soft lamp lighting, few distractions, and a setting that naturally invites you to slow down.
Props + Comfort: Tennis balls will be provided for the myofacial release portion of class. Mats and blocks are available on a first-come-first-serve basis to aid your comfort during class. You are highly encouraged to bring your own props (particularly pillows and blankets) to help support your comfort during the sound bath. Your booking confirmation email will contain all of the information you need regarding what to wear and bring to have the best and most comfortable experience possible.
Before You Arrive:
Plan to arrive 5–15 minutes early to settle in and choose your ideal spot. Doors will lock at 7:00 PM sharp. Late arrivals will not be admitted or eligible for a refund.
