Join therapist Maggie McGrann of Magus Counseling and me for a four-part, biweekly workshop series designed to help you ground, restore, and reconnect…without having to flee the country or pretend the stock market isn’t keeping you up at night.

Session Focus: What is "hypervigilance" ?

This session includes:

  • 💡 Simple nervous system tools you can use every day

  • 🔊 Sound bath experiences to soothe and restore

  • ✍️ Guided journaling to reconnect with yourself

  • 🫂 Supportive group discussions that don’t require oversharing (unless you want to)

All in a welcoming space where being human is not only allowed—it’s encouraged.


Hosted at Barre Ripple, a cozy studio with ample parking in the heart of Broad Ripple for easy access wherever you might be coming from!
